INJURED Heather Watson is set to return to action for the first time in almost two months at a tournament in France next week.
The British number three has been out since suffering a shoulder injury
during her first round loss at the Sony Open in Miami in March. The Guernsey-born world tennis player, who suffered from
glandular fever
last year, will play in the
Cagnes-sur-Mer Open.
The 21-year-old's
only tournament win this year
came in a similar level event in Michigan in February. She had helped Great Britain to a
Federation Cup win over Austria
earlier that month following a
first round loss at the Australian Open
in January.
